What an great experience! I was skeptical because I couldn’t imagine the entire process could be as simple as it was described but I was wrong. We’re in our sixth week and every aspect has gone exactly as described. The program is so thoroughly planned out and executed - nothing is left to chance. Billing is perfect, laundry is done exactly to our wishes. We highly recommend this amazing service - what a joy to have this chore lifted!
