Service like HappyNest is hard to find these days of lackluster and indifferent businesses. Today proved it, I thought I had lost a bag of clothes (sent in 2 got 1 back) On checking they put both bags in one return bag to save me the cost of a second bag "because it didn't have much in it. We came here because our previous laundry service ruined 3 blouses and one pair of pants.

I was charged over $100 for 15-20 pieces of laundry because I didn’t have your large canvas bag to put my clothes in. I’ve been going back and forth with a customer service rep and have been refused a refund. I was traveling and was staying at a hotel. Because of this, I only had access to small plastic hotel laundry bags (18x24” 3 gallon bags) and had to use 3 of them. I was charged for 3 bags - each with about 5-7 pieces of clothing in them when the HappyNest bags are 13 gallon and hold almost 2 loads of laundry. What an absolute joke. Never again.
