My white tshirt came back with new spots and its colour changed to blueish. Probably they did not check properly and washed my white t-shirt with my blue and black jeans. I am not satisfied at all, and I dont know how to return my old t-shirt color back.

Happy Nest has been a big help with my laundry. I really appreciate their services. They do a wonderful job pick up and drop off to your front door and the clothes are folded neatly.

DESTROYED MY CLOTHES AND DAMAGED CLOTHES THAT DID NOT REQUIRE DRY CLEANING...... CLOTHES WERE WASHED ..CLOTHES WERE NOT FOLDED AND CLOTHES WERE ROLLED IN A BALL AND THROWN BACK IN A PLASTIC BAG AND RETURNED TO ME. REQUESTED CREDIT FOR SERVICE. $32.94 (DIDNT EVEN ASK FOR REPARATIONS FOR RUINED CLOTHES... UPPER MANAGEMENT OFFERED A 10% DISCOUNT ON FUTURE SERVICES. APPALLING!!!!!!!~

They are a massive liar. They told one bag laundry is $30 dollars and charge me $90 dollars. This is call stealing. Really bullishit. This is crazy if I did that myself it would be only $40 dollars. They charge too much for one bag of laundry. That’s unacceptable.

The pick-up and delivery was fine. I gave you 4 stars because my clothes came back damp they were not all the way dry and I don't think fabric softener was even used. No nice clean smell. I will try you again hopefully better next time.
