Great convenience I am old and can't do a lot of housework. This service helps me maintain my independence.

I have a rather large comforter that doesn't fit in our small apartment washer dryer unit. When we moved out here about two years ago this giant comforter was placed into a storage bag under our bed and hasn't been touched. When I saw ads for HappyNest and the good reviews, I thought they would be my chance to send this blanket out and start alternating my currently used comforter instead of having to hand wash my current one which I have been doing. My plan was to take turns with these blankets utilizing HappyNest. So, I pulled this blanket out of storage and sent it out on Monday. They picked it up in the evening and all was well. We got the blanket back yesterday night. It was in a cheap plastic bag, my vacuum seal bag was gone. It was folded neatly and as I opened it I wasn't met with the sweet smell of freshly laundered blanket. No. It was the same stagnant "2 years in storage" musk that I had sent it out with. I thought there was an issue and they weren't able to wash it. Maybe someone had forgotten to put soap in the wash and the dryer sheet slipped their mind... Nope. When I sent an email to them asking if this may have happened I was told there was no record of any issues. In essence, they took about $30 of my money to return my blanket the exact same way I sent it out. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

Good service wish they will offer more brands of detergent and softener and bleach.

Convenience is a complete zero. Not even a 4 hour window given for completed and delivered services. Only a 12 hour period that essentially has you standing by the door waiting on your clothes. However that aside the quality of the services is worth the cost. I would be a permanent customer on that basis alone unfortunately there is more that goes into this service for me than that.

Glad I found this service. It is very helpful to me being a caregiver to my elderly mother and special needs son when I cant get to the laundromat.

Excellent service. Very convenient. I use the service occasionally but am always satisfied.

Ease and prompt care

I have to say what stood out was. Whoever does the folding really knows how. I couldn’t have done such a great job before arthritis in my hands. Jack the pickup guy couldn’t have been nicer and informed on how they run everything. I plan on using Happy Nest again, because they made me very happy!!

Although the pickup and delivery timings were a bit off, it was still a great service! Convenient being it would have taken me 2+ days to wash and I’ve been sick. Thanks!
