I signed up with HappyNest, told to expect a pick up by 7am next day, pick up was at 3:30 pm in the afternoon next day. I had my Landry bag sitting inside a plastic garbage bag just in case it got wet and the Landry sh as well as the plastic garbage bag was taken. That should have been left on the porch. I believe in tipping when t have but to ask if I want to leave and individual s tip, I don't believe you should ask. Since I was at work I didn't see the individual that dropped off my laundry. I do appreciate the care and work Happy Nest put forth and I would definitely use them again.

Everything about the experience was easy and just what we needed when our washer broke down. I've now used the service again. I only wish the shirts were folded a certain way but that is just my OCD. I also wish there was an option to use dryer balls but I could see how that wouldn't be sanitary - perhaps if we provided our own?

No visible warning of a $25 charge for a missed pick up. There was no reminder. I was a first time customer .
