The customer service was great

The customer service was great. Everyone was helpful and kind. The laundry was returned neatly packaged in vacuum packed clear bags so you can see how clean the laundry was. If there's an area for improvement it would be the communication. I received a message from the app that the driver was on their way and I was the next pick up, and 2 1/2 hours later they still hadn't arrived. I called the customer service number. The young lady is spoke with was very nice. She could see the notification but she could also see the driver hadn't moved the entire time. She told me she would check on it and call me right back. Within 5 minutes she called me back and told me the driver was having vehicle problems but they had just resolved it. She apologized and told me the driver should've notified them and they could've notified me. Within 30 minutes the driver arrived and picked up my laundry. It would've been good to know my pick up was going to be delayed, however I recognize the driver failed to notify them so I understand.

Very Efficient!

This was my first time using Happy Nest. Everyone from customer service to the Driver is kind, courteous and provides excellent communications. The service is very streamlined to accommodate the customer and they notify you every step of the way. This service was for my brother in the hospital for a few months and he was very satisfied with the service. I am 200 miles away from my brother and they send me pictures to show when his laundry is picked up and returned.

Tuve una experiencia muy decepcionante…

Tuve una experiencia muy decepcionante con este servicio de lavandería. Al recibir mi ropa, noté que tenía un mal olor, lo que indica que no fue lavada correctamente. Además, encontré un par de medias que no eran mías y varios pelos en la ropa, lo cual es inaceptable y poco higiénico. Todo esto después de que el día que me hicieron el delivery me entregaron una bolsa que no era mía y la que era mía estaba desaparecida, apareció un día después, y quién sabe dónde estaba. No contestan el teléfono, no contestan en el Mail y no contestan los textos, pedí hablar con un manager me dijeron que estaban en un meeting, cosa que no creo. Me dejaron toda la noche sin información y cuando llamé al otro día me dijeron que no podían atender el teléfono porque había un solo empleado en la compañía ese día, cosa que tampoco creo. Es evidente que no tienen un buen control de calidad ni cuidado con las prendas de los clientes. Quiero advertir a otros para que tengan mucho cuidado al usar este servicio y, de ser posible, eviten enviar su ropa aquí, especialmente si valoran la limpieza y el cuidado de sus pertenencias. recuerden, no atienden el teléfono, NUNCA
