On time pick-up. And everyday delivery. I like the technician that does my clothes, but I do need her to add more ingredients, such as detergent and the bleach

Overall okay service

Liked good communication, prompt service, all clothes returned, nothing lost. Disliked: clothes that had stains, nothing was done about it, clothes were washed with stains on it without adding any spray to the stains so i lost those clothes/had to throw away. ALSO: folding was suboptimal almost like done in a hurry. Overall: Would use again, but only on emergency basis, when I need help immediately. I obviously would be unable to send any clothes that have stains on it as it will not be addressed. That is a problem. But yes would try again if need be, just not regularly.

Completely lost over $1,000 worth of…

Completely lost over $1,000 worth of clothing and under garments and failing to handle the problem. Customer service are getting annoyed and more upset than me about their mishap. I'm very upset with this service, and I'm sorry but i can not recommend them to anyone.

Just the thought of not having to go to laundromat made it. Had knee replacement and am unable to drive. Neighbor recommended service.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY

Additional update. One month later and most of my laundry is still missing. I provided receipts and proof of purchase for my missing items and had only 62 dollars refunded which means they still made me pay the 90 dollars for the actual laundry service. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Customer service is horrible. The laundry itself, that I actually got back, was poorly folded. Their website states that they have insurance for instances like this but clearly they only want to make money and have no intention of honoring reimbursement for list items or poor quality service.

White clothes stained

I enjoyed the fact that I could track my clothes. You arrived when you said you would. The clothes were neatly folded when I received them. However, all the white closed were stained red or blue. What happened!!! I was very disappointed in this!

NEW CUSTOMER!

NEW CUSTOMER! Communication was excellent. Scheduling was easy. Pickup was great. One day return was very convenient. Drop off was prefect. Folding was much better than I would do. Free laundry bags are much appreciated! I feel very much appreciated as a customer.
