I have used HappyNest only twice because I wanted to give them another chance after the first time disappointment. Although I have ALL my choices on my profile - NONE were observed. I clothes DO NOT smell clean and my socks are still rolled even though I requested they be folded in 2 separate places. Needless to say, not using them again. UPDATE 12/21: Tried to give them 1 more try after they responded to the comment but once again I got the same results! Why bother asking for laundry preferences when you don’t follow them?

Very good service. Management is very attentive if you have issues. I am giving the lower grade because of what can happen to any of us and that is I kept having socks missing. Had to keep buying socks because mine had no matches. The hooks on my bras were no longer bent, they were straightened; and finally no matter how many times I would call and write in upper case my pants were only creased twice out of 2 yrs of service. But, over all these were petty issues, they are a good company, they are customer friendly.

Lost my clothes They claimed they videotaped it and everything was returned. If that is true several of my items went missing between the laundromat and bringing them back to me. I checked other sites and there other complaints about lost or missing clothes

Shirts were hung with the hanger hook facing the right sleeve , which being a military veteran is how I continue hanging my shirts . Every time before I had to re-hang my shirts the way I was trained . San Antonio has a military community in excess of 100,000 souls . I suggest all shirts be hung this way .

Despite snow and school closures, you got me my laundry to me well within the promised range and not that much later in the day than a typical delivery. The communication during the day was excellent

Easy to manage with texts informing dates arriving and dropped off. Clothes neatly folded / Wish dresses and slacks were hung as requested/ not always done. Pricey- but worth it.
