This was the first time using this service. After receiving the laundry bags, it was as easy to fill, and leave at the door. The overall communication was great. I was able to email/text questions prior to first pick up. Our clothes came back clean, smelling good and folding was perfect! Clothes came back in protective bags from weather and placed with care at our door! The cost is extremely reasonable. As a busy woman, laundry is not one task I am to pull off my todo list each week.

Everything was fine he was polite and respectful. He let when he was coming. One thing you forgot to send the bags for the clothes on the 18th
