The pick up and drop off went well. However, my clothes were dull. They did not smell clean and looked very worn and old. Many items had run on colors as if everything was washed together. It was a complete waste of time and money. This was supposed to save me time/money and now I will need to replace clothing.

Communication was great, laundry service was great, folding was great.

It really is so easy. I appreciate being notified about how far they are from picking up my laundry, the reminder the day before and the ease of it all in general. They even took a picture of my laundry bags when they picked it up so to show me that it was the correct address and items. I got my stuff back within 24 hours without any issues and they also gave me a notification of when they were on their way to deliver my laundry and when they had actually dropped it off. It's super convenient.

They advertised 29.00 and change for 1 bag ...they confirmed 1 bag and charged 46.49....bait and switch

Sheets had been left in dryer too long so were wrinkled. I could have done this laundry better myself.

White towels that I wash in hot water w/bleach wout/prewash or treatment were delivered w/stains. In addition, a sock was missing in delivery.
