It was definitely a great costumer service and timely delivery. I love how every item was separately by color and placed in bags and hangers. I appreciate the excellent service. I am stuck with HappyNest for all my laundry services going forward.

It is easy to schedule a pickup, My clothes are folded beautifully and they have a quick turn around delivery. I have used this service several times and never had a problem.

Pick up and drop off was fine. Clothes were clean and folded. Giving you 1 star because I had 1 bag and you charged me for 2. You might want to be up front with new customers about bag sizes. Customer support did nothing to resolve this. Will never use your service again.
