Everything is easy: creating an account, setting up a pick-up date and filling in your preferences for dryer temperature, detergent, folding, etc. And you can give specific instructions to HappyNest about different items in your laundry bag. And your preferences can be changed every time you want to have a laundry pick up. Happy Nest has followed my instructions completely. In addition, there is a telephone number you can call if you have any questions or have a problem and you speak to a human being.

The customer service was phenomenal from the beginning explaining everything and every step of the way to me, costs, pickups and delivery dates,what products are available for your laundry, detergents etc. How to launder and dry your clothing, to how you want your clothing folded or hung on hangers. Your laundry comes back to you in sealed bags. Nicely. Cleaned dried folded to perfection and ready to be put away. During the holidays, especially what a game changer!
