The service is convenient and definitely helps if life gets busy. I sent a total of 6 loads of laundry and most of my laundry came back great. However, some of my sweatshirts for work came back with smeared as if the logo been melted (this has been washed several times before at high heat without issue) and one of my favorite outfits (a black all in one tennis outfit from Torrid) was never returned. If you have laundry backed up and need to get it done, I would say it is worth it but don’t send anything you might not want to disappear or get ruined.
