Excellent service , doors fitted by experts , great customer service

I have used this firm for over 25 years and have always found them helpful , with no pressure to buy unlike some firms I have heard of . From the initial first visit by Tony from sales to the no hassle installation by two very competent installation fitters Tim and Tom . They were friendly , clean tidy and considerate . I would always recommend this firm as workmanship of this standard is hard to find .

Had all new sash windows and doors. A minor problem was that the 2 bay windows had been made too small so they were fitted a few weeks later but not a huge problem. Lambi was very professional and down to earth, the windows and doors look amazing very impressed with his work. If lambi is fitting your windows your in safe hands but just make sure you have really strong coffee, he didn't drink alot but what he did drink he liked like rocket fuel lol.

I have used Britelite for a number of years now. I’ve had four doors and 3 windows installed by them so far, I cannot recommend them enough. They are so good and quick from first initial contact

Great service from the start as urgent to get ball rolling to get a new door ordered so could get a stair lift fitted for my mum. Unless the order was in they wouldn't fit it - health and safety!!!!

Overall a good experience (as previously), and we like the product. Sales and Survey process was also well managed. There were just some challenges in communication, arranging dates and ensuring the best contact number was used. E.g. on the friday when the scaffolding was due to be erected, I called a couple of times to check this was still happening, and was told that it was. But the scaffolders had already rescheduled to the following Monday (which I was not told about). No major problem, but tighter internal and external communication would have made the process better.

They fitted my new flat roof within the 2 week period (due to some bad weather). Adam and Paul did a great job and worked professionally at all times. From Linda

I would like to praise everyone that worked on the conservatory project. From the project management to every builder, plasterer, electrician, customer services , everyone acted professionally and on time. Even when certain parts were missing, it was couriered in on a Saturday. When the scaffolding needed to be raised higher, the scaffolder came in on a Saturday too to make it higher so the guys can carry on working without losing time on Monday. This is how every building project should be run and I think everyone should be really proud.

Quick efficient fitting by someone who cared about completing it well. Good conversation too.
