Very efficient and professional and more importantly friendly from first appointment right up until the installation. Whenever I had to call, I was not kept waiting and the person on the end of the line was always helpful and friendly. The installation team were exellent, clean and carried out a superb job. The left the premises clean and tidy. Have already recommended them to a neighbour.

You let yourselves down at the end with the snagging, Matt demanded more money for materials, but after paying over 26k, I'm not paying anymore. Regards Boyd Midwinter. Ordered and paid deposit for the supply and fit of two upstairs windows. Survey was completed contract signed without any variations noted or agreed. Subsequently contacted by sales person with whom I'd agreed price ,lead time et al , who advised that the 'fitter' was concerned about removal of the existing glass units. As I have found with the organisation that subsequently quoted for the job this was nonsense and removal of existing windows if a problem would be noted at survey. There was therefore implicit in Britelite's actions here an attempt to extract a further payment. I advised that we had a signed contract and an agreed deposit had been paid but that I would, however as a goodwill gesture arrange to have the glass panels removed before the fitter arrived. Britelite agreed to this. Nonetheless a few days later I was contacted again by the same salesman who said that the 'fitter' still wasn't happy and that for them to fit the windows I would have to agree to an additional £500 penalty clause being added as a variation to the contract. I of course declined. Britelite subsequently refused to complete the job. Whilst the deposit was eventually returned, this organisation wasted a great deal of my time and their surveyor also broke a window latch which cost a further £50 to replace. In my lived experience: an unreliable and thoroughly unprofessional organisation.

Their surveyor and installation team were very professional. Sometimes difficult to contact HQ by phone - they are probably successful and busy. They corrected their mistakes by credit to the final bill.

We decided to replace our felt flat roofs with fibreglass resin and Britelite was our choice. We began the week with a crew, as we had a lot of work that needed to be done. Adam and Paul were the core team and did a great job. We feel much more secure and they look brilliant. The work done was very clean and tidy, professional and all snagging was done before they left us. We have already had rain of course and they are a huge improvement and look amazing! Thank you.

The fitters were efficient, experienced and friendly and fitted our new windows over just two days. The windows look smart and improve the appearance of our house. They look to be fully weatherproof - but the next Sou-westerly will test that!
