The scaffolding company that Britelite used did a brilliant job. The Window installer Geoff did an exceptional job, so I want to thank him for his amazing work. I found the experience very pleasant dealing with Britelite, so a big Thank you to all the team.

Very good installation. Geoff was absolutely professional and very friendly. Fitting had the odd problem but it's an old house so to be expected, all the problems were overcome quickly and very neatly. Would definitely recommend britelite.

Booked in for 2 days work to replace windows & door. During this time we had a miss measured door, 100 mm short. Broken outside tap & holes in drain pipe. Reported to office. Tiles under front window fell out & smashed on ground. Found scratches on window frame upstairs. We waited a month for new door, tiles to be replaced & scratched frame replaced. Bits of material left on site, not cleaned up properly. Fitters were nice & friendly. Workmanship was good inside.

excellent job

We had our windows replaced by Britelite, they did an excellent job. The workmen were clean and efficient, they worked hard, were diligent and tidied up everyday they were in the house. The windows are superb quality, each window has a safety lock. We would recommend this company and will use them again

I was very intrigued when only one person turned up to fit my large bay windows. Geoff,from Britelite,arrived early and set to work. He was very professional and explained each stage of the process clearly to me. I was really impressed by his work ethic and he cleaned up everything after finishing. Thanks for a great job!

Although there were a few hickups delaying installation, once on site the installers worked continually to finish the job in time. All issues noticed were then addressed promptly.
