Thanks to Britelite for carrying out our installation of our double glazing windows. The service was swift despite one worker going sick, the one remaining worked his socks off, was polite, helpful and all you want in a worksman. The sales person was OK however I had a thing with him as he swapped companies. He was professional about this and the surveyor was quite thorough. Highly recommended service. First time that I'm not hearing the noise from outside- sweet sleep on our 1st night of new windows.

We were really impressed with Britelite. Their communication was great, from the initial quote and survey of our conservatory construction, to the building schedule. All of the workers at our house were polite and respectful and they worked very hard to get the job done quickly and efficiently. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Britelite.

What a Con! My windows and doors were fitted one and a half years ago and we now have a problem with the springs in the back door that allows the handle to function properly. They need replacing. The springs are covered under the warranty but they want £120 to come and fit them. Having questioned Britelite regarding this, they sent me a section from the guarantee contract, as follows: MOVING PARTS AND LOCKING MECHANISMS For a period of ten years the Company guarantees to replace at no cost any faulty moving part or locking mechanisms. For the first twelve months of the guarantee the Company will install replacement items without charge, after that replacement parts will be posted free of charge or a chargeable engineer's appointment made. This will be upheld provided the two conditions above are complied with. Adjustments to doors are Free of Charge for the first 12 months of the installation, after this a chargeable engineers appointment will be made. The springs cost very little and so Britelite are earning a good profit from defective parts. In other words, their £120 charge to fit the springs in effect pays for the parts and earns them a profit. This basically makes the guarantee not worth the paper it is written on. BE WARNED!
