The standard of the goods and the fitting were of a good standard. Unfortunately there was a problem/miscommunication with the initial order and survey, which caused a delay, otherwise it would have been a 5 star review.

Good experience from start to finish. Ray was a helpful and honest sales rep. The surveyor was quick and respectful. Jim & Jack who installed the windows were professional and friendly. There was a change in the install time line but i was kept informed the whole time.

Quality Door The main experience was positive and I have the most amazing front door. The installation was great. There was an error in the request for payment final amount and it was not deducted from the final bill resulting in me paying slightly more. I have now purchased a veranda, so I am hoping this can be rectified from the subsequent payments. Thanks

Fitters arrived early on both days and kept me informed on which windows were being fitted on what day. All work was completed with minimum disruption and to an excellent standard.

The quality of the sliding door is great but I found bits of the old sliding door on my driveway and in my living room that were not cleared. Also, I found three bits of tape (the length of the door) that were not removed from the sliding door, my son in law removed them when he visited. I was convinced that I would be having triple glazing but it's double, I was convinced the salesman had said triple but in the paperwork it says double. I should have checked the papers more thoroughly.
