Great experience dealing with Britelite Windows, spoke to many other window compines beforehand but these guys are very straightforward when it comes to choosing windows. Nick in sales made the whole purchase so easy with such a good price. when it came to measuring and installing the windows they were all done on time as we were told. one Window had defect and they came back after 3 weeks to replace which was very quick. I will be purchasing more windows from them again. highly recommend these guys. Thanks Nick and thank you Carl for the great installation job

Most of the work was done to an excellent standard. Snagging issues were eventually sorted with the exception of when the wall was taken out for the bifold doors, the skirting board was cut straight down not allowing for the replacement skirting to be mitred, also left for customer to replace, not particularly happy with that, but on the whole good work. Happy with conservatory & outdoor cladding.

The workmen was very professional. We especially like their neatness and the way they live the property clean and tidy

Geoff came to finish off some remedial work following installation of a new flat fibre glass roof bifold doors and windows at the back of my property. Geoff arrived early in the morning keen to start the work. His work was outstanding and he was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable giving me extra advice . I cannot recommend him highly enough- he is an excellent worker and extremely professional Geoff is a great example of professionalism and he was extremely neat and tidy. He was able to finish the temidial work to a very high standard and I am sure is greatly valued by Britelite.

The whole experience was very satisfactory, from ordering to fitting. The fitter arrived on time, worked hard all day. He left everything tidy and well finished. I would certainly recommend this company very highly.
