apparently “nationwide” delivery is not nationwide. i paid £100 for a xmas tree but after the website confirmed my village address and took my money, they write back a day later saying no cant deliver it you are not in london. then their resolution email another day later was in broken english that i had to rearrange like a puzzle to work out what they were saying. horrible service, incorrect website info, false information, cryptic emails and no appolgy.

Ordered emergency Christmas tree at 4:30 p,m. One arrived to my door 8:30 pm. Absolutely faultless service. Flower Station, you have saved Christmas! Thanks so much.

I don't think I got good value for money for the flowers that I ordered and by when they were delivered. The bunch of roses were small but then I don't think the price is reflective of what a customer will actually get. I ordered flowers for a colleague as a thank you and these didn't get delivered until past 8pm at the office which was too late to hand over to the colleague so had to give to her the next day. I paid close to £9 for delivery so was disappointed that the flowers turned up late.
