I was delivered a Christmas tree that was dead and dropped needles in handfuls right from day 1. Things happen, trees are not made of plastic, I totally get that. I've sent video and photos of a tree to a customer service asking to resolve a problem. Only to hear back 2 days later that I should perform rescue operation by spritzing water on a tree. And, drum roll, to keep it away from heating elements. A heartfelt thank you, Captain Obvious, for this wisdom which never dawned on me in the first 45 years of my life. Your inability to admit your own mistakes is less entertaining though. And, quite frankly, is not cool. Wish I'd read your reviews before spending my £85. I'll be wiser next year(already am).
