I ordered a bunch of flowers for my mother to celebrate my parents' 63rd wedding anniversary. The flowers did not arrive on the day and when I chased Flower Station, they tracked the flowers to the courier's depot and said they would be delivered three days after the agreed date. For obvious reasons, I found that unsatisfactory and suggested a new, fresh bunch be sent. Flower Station were initially reluctant to do this - suggesting my 86 year old mother sent them photos of the original flowers if they died 'prematurely'. They eventually agreed to send a new bunch of flowers which were beautiful.
