After leaving a five star review upon recept of the flowers I have to change it to one star as, despite taking great care, the flowers lasted only two days and are now on the compost. So disappointing. I imagine it was an expensive bouquet which is definitely not value for money Thank goodness the sender will not know.

do NOT use this florist. The delivery times are a JOKE. Same day deliveries can arrive as late at 8.30 p.m. The address of the florist is MISLEADING as you will assume that deliveries in the City near Moorgate will be made swiftly during business hours. They WILL NOT. There are much more reputable florists who provide a faster more efficient service at the same price.

I am giving a fair and totally honest review. I ordered a Christmas tree from this company last year and was 100% happy. In fact I would say that it was the best tree ever that I ordered online. This year not so. I pre ordered for delivery on the 1/12/24. I totally understand that this company covers a very ride range of miles London wise so took a whole day off work knowing that they cannot pin point a delivery time. As the afternoon progressed I had no tracking so rang them and was told that delivery was scheduled between 4pm and 7pm. That never happened. I rang them the next day and to say that the information I was given was as contradictory to the previous day as could be. I was told that there wasn't an explanation as to why my tree wasn't delivered although the next day I received an email saying something about the driver having had an accident. Not buying that one given no tracking info to start with. I was told that my tree was going to be delivered on the 3rd which it was. Well it was a most disappointing tree with large gaps and mishappen all round. I contacted the company again and was offered a choice of a new tree being delivered or a 50% discount. I opted for a new tree with the old being taken away. I did provide photos before this. The tree did turn up but still no tracking until I rang them!! The tree slightly better but such poor quality. Nordmann Fir are are known for retaining their needles. Not so. My carpet is covered in them already. I'm not sure how to upload a photo on here but willing to do so. The branches are so weak that even my lightest baubles have fallen off. Customer service has been appalling. Oh, forgot. I got a miserly £6.95 refund for delivery. I will never touch this company again.

The flowers have gone off on first day. Very disappointing as it’s a birthday surprise and they smell really bad. There is a strong bad smell coming from them. Not buying again.
