Flower Station managed to ruin what should have a been a nice experience for me and the recipient. I was told twice that they were unable to deliver. The reasons quoted were "the recipient was not available and there was no safe place to leave the flowers". The delivery address is a store that is open from 10am - 9pm (both deliveries were attempted between 5pm and 7pm) within a shopping centre. Many store employees are available at all times and the recipient was in the store in both occasions. It would have taken the deliver people to simply ask for the recipient to one of the many available employees to be able to locate her, or they could have left the flowers with any of the store employees. The reasons provided for being unable to deliver, tells me that in both occasions, the delivery person did not even locate the delivery address or could not be bothered to locate the store within the shopping centre. When I asked for a refund due to the imcompetence in delivering the flowers I was told that I wouldn't not get a refund and would have to pay an extra delivery fee of over £8 in order for them to attempt the delivery again. This is 4 days after the original delivery date. Needless to say, I spent almost £100 for no reason as the occasion had passed and had to spend time on the phone and emailing the company several times. Will never use this company again.

The picture on the website and what was delivered were different. I have ordered a bouquet that looked so yellow and cheerful; full of yellow roses and other yellow flowers. But what was received was only few yellow roses and loads of the pricky purple Eryngium Planum. I had to go out and buy more yellow roses to make sure it will be more cheerful to the recipient on her birthday. Not going to order from them again.
