The website for the particular sheath I ordered didn’t give size/ length so I had to call up, the customer service guy was vague but said about 60cm eventually- tbh it was less than 50cm and looked small and disappointing on the coffin. Also the reminders of delivery are inaccurate as it appeared they were being delivered the next day when I had specified a weeks time. Again another call to clarify and was told it’s just a standard reminder! The flowers were nice but two calls and incorrect information is not great customer service especially when it’s funeral which is stressful enough.
