Please read the reviews and take notice I didn't! This must be one of the poorest customer service experiences. I have had from a company for a long time and I would give them zero stars if that was possible. Before placing the order, I contacted them to check that an order would be delivered to me on at least the Friday before I needed it on the following Monday and was assured this would not be a problem. Given this, I placed the order and booked a local company to lay the patio. However, Friday came, and I still had not received a delivery date for the slabs. After trying to contact them several times by phone (they never answer their phone) I got confirmation via webchat that the slabs would be with me on Monday. At 4 pm on Monday still no delivery, so I contacted them and was told that the driver was running late but would be with me that day. At 6:30pm I got a call from the delivery company saying that the delivery driver had run out of time and wouldn’t be able to get to me today, however they would prioritise my delivery the following day. At 9am I contacted them and was told that the delivery would be with me by 10:30. At 11am I called them again at was told it was now 12 noon, again this came and went. This then slipped back to 1pm and then 2pm eventually at 3pm the delivery arrived. After unloading the delivery, the driver left straight away, he is meant to wait 20 minutes so you can inspect the items. After unpacking all the slabs, I found a number were chipped, I didn’t report this as I still had enough to cover the area required and had no confidence that they would resolve the situation anyway. Having looked at your response to other customers reviews I look forward to blaming the delivery company Palletplus which I would point out you hired to deliver the items or to fob this off. If you use this company be prepared for their poor customer service and to be waiting around for delivery from Palletplus.

Excellent service -when you can get it

Excellent service -when you can get it. Very long wait times on the phone. Emails rarely answered. BUT when you get to speak to someone they are very knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery too was fast and driver very helpful. I think the need to employ more admin staff.

Order still not arrived

I ordered paving stones on the 12th March 2021, with the delivery due for w/c 19th April 2021. I called, emailed and was told my order would be delivered the week after. It’s now the first week of May and my order still hasn’t arrived, with absolutely no communication or contact. I wish I’d read the reviews on here, I can’t believe how unprofessional this company is. I wanted to add as I have just just seen a response from the company, yes, the live chat was answered quickly, but I was told my order would be coming the week after. After calling the courier company, it turns out my order was cancelled by Paving Superstore with them - but Paving Superstore never informed me of this. I appreciate you are having issues with your supplier, but all it takes is communication to actually let the person know what's happening.

There is no communication

There is no communication. I paid for the slabs and received a tracking email I have been watching for a month. Now it's at the depot I still have no clue when it's being delivered. Nobody answers the phone how is anyone meant to organize a job. They dont care once they got your money

Save yourself the hassle

Slabs were advertised as being available for quick delivery, but it took a long time to receive them with no updates. I emailed in the end to ask. When the slabs arrived there were multiple breaks. I emailed pictures over and was told that replacements would be sent. Since then (three weeks ago) I have heard nothing and the company have not responded to me at all. I now need to go elsewhere to find similar slabs to finish. Not ideal. I would not recommend buying from this company if you want a trouble free transaction.

This is my second order with the paving…

This is my second order with the paving superstore. we purchased porcelain patio tiles which were so good and with the glass balustrading helped to sell our house. so now we are building the same patio on our new home. the ordering was easy and delivery very prompt and well packaged with no damages would highly recommend.

Not worth hassle

Ordered over a grands worth of paving slabs which arrived with some of them damaged. We contacted the company via phone (1 hour to get through) to get told to email, THREE weeks later we were still waiting for a resolution. Only replied to me when I started commenting on their Facebook which I am now blocked on (very mature). Paving slabs down look nice but absolutely not worth the hassle. I would go elsewhere where the customer service is more responsive.

Delivery wasn't great

Delivery wasn't great. Pallet was damaged so unable to use pallet trucks. Had to unload by hand
