Ordered my slabs weeks ago. Was told 5 working days. I am still waiting, over an hour on the phone to customer services who told me they would be with me 10th or 11th. 16th and I'm still waiting. A lot of money paid out for 3 packs of slabs yet nothing to show for it.

Had no problems with ordering the product or the speed of delivery and when the item arrived damaged a replacement part was quickly delivered to me. Why only 4 stars? On two occasions I e-mailed the company but got no reply. So this meant I had to call the company and on both calls it was over half an hour before the phone was answered. They did tell me what position I held in the queue, which was a nice touch.

I have now used this company a number of times and the goods have turned up on time and very quickly. A good price as well. On the one occasion there was an issue with supply they made a real effort to sort the problem out very quickly with phone calls and e-mails flying around. Although the long phone queue was a bit frustrating, when I did talk to someone they were very helpful. A good company to deal with. JR

In need of bespoke sandstone paving of a oversize dimensions that would complement a large Suffolk barn conversion, Paving Superstore provided just what was required. Covid caused some delays to delivery but I was kept fully informed at all stages of the process. One pallet arrived with some breakages, which were promptly replaced without a fuss.
