Having originally had only a couple of viewings over the space of several months with an online-only agency, Enfields generated many more viewings in a matter of weeks and soon found us a buyer. As it happened we found a property to buy through them as well and this was where they really shone. Our process of reaching exchange of contracts was quite tricky, with some hitches in the chain along the way. Enfields were absolutely fantastic, pro-actively moving both the sale and purchase along on our behalf, contacting solicitors, our vendors, and our buyer to keep things progressing.
