The sales team worked really hard and didn't stop until a buyer was found, We had an amazing number of viewing booked in a relatively short period of time so we really impressed with their reach and marketing. Once they'd found us a buyer we were kept up to date and they liaised with the solicitors and clients to ensure the sale went through as smoothly and quickly as possible.

Enfield's were brilliant from start to finish. Their agents give honest advice but also respect your privacy and aren't to intrusive. Other companies we viewed houses through force you to fill out forms after every house you visit which we found very time-consuming and extremely tedious. They advised well during the bidding process, so I felt I got the best possible offer. From offer to sale they kept me updated regularly, communicated well with the other estate agent in the chain and kept the solictors moving. Overall, they did everything a good estate agent should do. Thanks to Sam and Shaun's hard work, my house was on the market for about a month before offer accepted, and about 10 weeks from offer to completion. I'd definitely recommend them again.

These guys in Enfields are absolutely excellent. Communication was really good. They were updating us with progress every week always with polite and professional manners. There was some issues with the selling process but they put lots of afford to make the property ours. 5 star company!
