I recently contacted Enfields in Shirley to enquire whether they needed a maintanance company to work with them. Since that contact I have received work from both Morgen and Georgia. At all times they have been very professional in their approach and are polite at all times resulting in them providing an excellent property management team. They have always responded to my queries either the same day or early the following day.

My property has been rented out via Enfields for the past 5/6 years. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Not always impressed with some of the tradesmen that are sent out to fix maintenance issues. During the last 5 months both Georgia Steel and Morgan Hobbs have had to deal with most unpleasant tenants that have rented my property. They both have been incredibly supportive to me and have had to endure frequent unpleasant phone calls from the tenants. I have really appreciated all they have done to help me. They both deserve medals 🏅 I would thoroughly recommend Enfield for both Rental and Selling properties.

I moved with Enfields (Southampton Shirley branch) in December 2020. I couldn’t recommend them more they handled both the sale of my property and purchase of the new property. All staff involved from our valuation (which was straightforward and honest), viewings (timely and polite staff), completion of sale and purchase were extremely professional and efficient. Which is even more remarkable considering the overwhelmed market and new Covid restrictions to abide by. Sam who managed the completion and everything involved was especially helpful and couldn’t of done anything more. Enfields help in a recent sale of my flat deserves a public review. The property was marketed efficiently - multiple viewings were arranged quickly, and it was obvious that Enfields had good knowledge of the Southampton area. The initial transaction was complex but when my original buyers dropped out a replacement buyer was found extremely quickly (within 48 hours) and for a price that suited us both, and this sale was completed with minimum fuss. Throughout this process Sam and Shaun in particular were quick to answer emails, called regularly to update on progress and successful completion allowed purchase of a new property.
