FinditParts screwed us as a vendor

FinditParts has been a really important SEO partner of mine (and my company Huckabuy.) After 12 successful months we renewed a 12 month agreement with them and 3 months in they prematurely canceled, despite no cancellation clause. They did so in the least professional way I've ever witnessed in my 20 year career in business. They owe Huckabuy a significant amount of money with no effort to pay. We will fight until this is made right.I went from very close friendships with the Founder/ CEO, David Seewack, their former President, Robert Blatt, and their CPO, Ron Hendrixson, to be treated as poorly as I ever have in business. I do not recommend shopping or doing any business with this company.

This company is crooked

This company is crooked! Purchased a part that was supposed to be OEM but once received I realized that it wasn’t! So I went online and found one that was an exact OEM replacement that was cheaper! I initiated a return and sent it back to them with the little extra cheap goodies they sent along with the part! After receiving my refund, I notice that they kept more than half of the total cost of the part! All I can say is buyers beware! This is a piece of 💩 company!! Would give zero stars if possible!

Wow I wish I had read these reviews prior to purchasing. The amount of errors, lies, and lack of accountability is unlike anything I have ever encountered. I ordered 1500$ worth of filters for customer trucks that we needed within 3-5 days. The delivery date stated was 3 days out, so perfect. When that day came there was one box on the porch. I open it to find a random battery box cover. No filters. My packing slip had some filters listed but no battery cover listed. Weird, I contact them assuming they would make it right. I start wondering where the rest of my order is.... several had not shipped yet, one was missing in transit, and three boxes were delivered to someone else's address. When I reached out again asking for a refund this time they said they would be happy to refund me after I return the items, minus shipping both ways and a 20% restocking fee! I said HOW do I return items I have not received? I provided proof, they said keep the battery box but you must return the filters once Fedex finds them and only then will you receive a refund. I asked for the orders not yet shipped to be cancelled. Which they did... but no refund has yet been seen. Even if the filters arrived now they would be useless to me, as I could not afford to wait on them any longer. Absolutely unprofessional, whatever you do, do NOT buy from this company. Whatever great deal they have, isn't going to help you when they can't even ship the right parts.

Not worth a $1 if you need a part!

Not a good place for part in a hurry! I ordered parts 2 day shipping. It took 5 days and would not refund the shipping I paid for. This company cost me 3 extra days of a semi truck being down cost me over $1500 a day. They refused any compensation and sent a nasty email. Never use this place again! I found another company I will be using and they ship same/next day. Worst company I have ever used!

They can't be trusted with shipping !

I ordered a part which I needed urgently as the machine is down so I chose next day air. Once I got the tracking link I saw that it was send ground ! When I called in they apologized that a mistake was made and will refund the difference to normal shipping. As the machine is down and this costs me hundreds of dollars per day because of their mistake I asked for a full shipping refund. They denied this, pissing a customer off because of 12 $ ! You can't trust them with shipping !

Buyers Beware

Buyers Beware! Bought a Haldex air dryer from Finditparts that offered a $100.00 core return charge. When I went to return the core the instructions stated they would generate a return label to my email. After not receiving the return label for a week I called and was told they don't pay for shipping on cores witch their web site instructions clearly state they do. It cost me $30.00 to return the core. The shipping company asked where my return label was and I told her Finditparts does not issue one, she was very surprised. She stated their cost on a return label is next to nothing. I'm very disappointed in this company and will not return. Jim.
