Order never came

Based on their response to my previous review. It's quite clear they aren't out to help/correct anything for anyone.. I clearly stated I don't even have a dog anymore, and they still proceed to say you can have a store credit. Valued at approximately 60$ CAN.(which I HAVE NO PURPOSE FOR) Instead of just covering the return. Oh, and after saying please let me know if there is anything we can do... they stopped replying to my emails. It's been 2 days now

Terrible shipping time! It must have been shipped from China because an email said it shipped on the 15th but not here by Christmas!

Ordered at the beginning of month. Won’t even be here by Christmas. What a waste of my money!!

Never received hoodies. Kept getting automated emails. No real person to resolve this. Bought hoodies to wear for Christmas was so excited. Received nothing, tomorrow is Christmas and post office closed now. I finally received my hoodies they came after Christmas. I do have to say the quality is exceptional. They did offer me money off on another one for my inconvenience. I do appreciate that they remained in contact with me the entire time and were very apologetic. I did order two more.

Ordered 10 days ago ...... No updates for tracking. No one replies to emails . Poor customer service!!! These were for Xmas eve and they are not here .

I checked the tracking and my order was returned to sender. If I had known this item ships from China I would not have ordered at all.

I ordered my package two weeks ago and have yet to receive it. I also paid for express shipping.
