I love the experience my kid and dog love the hoodie. The only problem is that you sont sell them for babies or infants or toddlers so only one of my children was able to get a hoodie to match with the dog. It would be cool to have both of my kids in matching hoodies with the dog. My child is a 3t if yall ever start to make them for smaller children too. You should in kude a attachment thing here i was going to show you a pic of my 12 year old with the dog in matching gear. Thanks for now. Looking foward to seing more options for my little one.

Your tracking of packages and letting people know when to expect them is HORRID! Its great that you have 24 hr chat lines, but they service people can not tell me ANYTHING about where my package is (like what state) or when to expect it! Had I know this would be this BAD, I would not have ordered anything this time of year. I have had no issues with other vendors getting me packages that I have ordered coming from all over the USA. My package cleared customs WEEKS AGO and i still have no idea WHERE it is or WHEN it is coming.

Never received items- no customer service
I ordered at the beginning of December, well within their posted shipping guidelines. My items did not arrive, and when I emailed customer service they only provide tracking from a company I've never heard of, that states merely " in transit" with no location or estimated delivery date. When I called them out on their Facebook page, they had the nerve to block me. They state they are US based, but items ship from CHINA. Stay away from these scammers. I will be addressing with my credit card company.

Excellent products, terrible shipping and tracking. I ordered matching Christmas pajamas for our family on Dec 4 and they arrived on the 23rd (website says 6-12 days). Luckily we got them for Christmas eve but I wanted to use them for longer than one night this season. Much of the time I was waiting the tracking did not update either so I spent a lot of time worried I'd dropped a chunk of change on something that wouldn't even arrive before Christmas. It is a real bummer because the products are great.

Received the wrong sizes. Ordered a Large and an XL but got Small and Medium. The bags it came in had the correct sizing on it but the pajamas themselves were not right. However, they were very accommodating with the Canada post strikes. I was still able to get my package before Xmas.

12/30 update - Finally got my package 27 days after ordering! I love the jacket and hoodie, they fit my girl great. The pjs however, are just okay. They dont fit the way I'd like them to, but fit better than retail store pjs. Material of the jacket and sweatshirt are very nice and soft. Overall, was it worth the 27 day wait? Absolutely not. They gave me a $10 giftcard for the delay, however not sure I will be ordering again unfortunately. I was super excited for this. I can't say anything about the quality of the items as it has been 21 days and I have yet to receive my package. Per the website, it states that any order placed on/after Dec 9, likely won't be in time for Christmas. I ordered well before Dec 9 and the items still have not arrived. I understand it is a "busy time of year", but 21 days is a bit excessive. It is going to be warm by the time I receive the package.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service, cancelled my order due to I guess ALL 4 items being out of stock, which is whatever, but they sat or it for 6 days, and then told me the Friday before Xmas that my order wouldn’t be shipped. Leaving me no time to come up with an alternative. When I followed up with their support their response said they assured me order was coming and they apologize for the delay. But the order has been cancelled and they refunded me. Seemingly zero idea about what’s going on. In response , I have already reached out to customer service twice, if you could have handled this you would have .
