La peor compra que he hecho nunca, no pidan en éste lugar es una estafa, supuestamente llegaba un paquete que nunca llegó "supuestamente" enviaban otro que tampoco llegó. Y ahora dicen que no me reembolsan el importe porque ha sido enviado ya, sois unos estafadores.

Commande passée le 6.12 ... 10 jours après on m'annonce rupture de stock d'un article ( 10 jours après avoir payé, alors que ma commande devait être partie) . Aujourd'hui le 26.12 je n'ai toujours rien reçu ( cette commande était pour les vacances de Noël à la neige, donc me sert à rien car à la neige mais sans veste pour le chien )

Ordering was easy. Shipping was prompt. I can’t leave a review on the product however because I never received the items. USPS states it was delivered, however I was never able to locate the package. Super bummed.

The hoodies for my wife, and our dog came just in time on Christmas Eve. My wife absolutely loved the fact that they match.

I can't even tell you what happened to my order. Ordered Dec 13th.

I really wanted to give this a wonderful experience review but unfortunately our first order was messed up and over half of our order was missing. They do have great customer service and did provide help and we got our items we were missing shipped. But I ordered all of these to have for the holidays and unfortunately will not be able to use them at all this year due to the fact we are still waiting shipment from our order almost a month later. I appreciate how quickly they responded and helped with the problems. Just was very sad to have this as our first experience. Hoping to have a second experience but until I actually get my items I'm not sure when that will be.
