Love the velvet hoodies! Soooo soft and comfy. Exchanging for size was a breeze- do yourself a favor and actually measure your dog before buying. I’m usually pretty good at estimating size but not for this.

Quality products. Not cheap, well made. I love the little stretch these have making fit a little easier to get right. Exchange process is easy. Customer service was a delight to work with!

Super professionali e seri. Ho ordinato per la mia cagnolina un collare e una felpa , arrivati in super tempo . Purtroppo entrambe li stavano piccole , ma sono stati super disponibili a cambiarmi il tutto. Rispondono immediatamente a qualsiasi dubbio o domanda . Great quality and wonderful customer service!

Poor customer experience. No banner on site to say they use Canada Post during strike and would not deliver by courier outside province even though they charged a delivery charge. Also received confusing communications from customer service when I asked to cancel my order since they wanted me to provide an alternate delivery address outside my province. If I do ever receive my order which I do not feel confident about it is unlikely I will ever deal with them again.
