Very slow shipping, so disappointed as I would not have ordered from this website. I ordered Christmas pajamas for our family, dogs included, I don’t think we will have them by Christmas which will be almost a month after I ordered them!

I was dealing with Erica. Well let me tell you, she has an amazing customer service skills. I unfortunately ordered the wrong size for my daughter's dog and for my son-in-law. I sent an email to customer service and right away got a reply and dealt with Erica. Great quality of products. Can't wait to re dive my exchange.

I got some jammies and a couple of hoodies for my dogs, to be honest I didn’t think they would be so good! The jammies are a lovely soft material with a bit of elasticity and the hoodies are surprisingly good quality. The packaging, delivery and speed were all 5 star ⭐️ I will absolutely continue buying from this company.
