Horrible horrible horrible. I first started in 2019. Its 2024 and I decided to commit fully. It took 14 weeks from start to ship. Then they ship the aligners to my old address several states away after I changed the address several times online. That’s another 4 weeks I’m behind now. Horrible customer service because there is NONE. There’s no one you can reach out and talk to. $2200 went down the drain. And I’m still making payments on aligners I’ve never received!!!!! As soon as I pay it off I’m suing.

I have not yet received my bytes. I am sure they work wonderfully but the process from getting the X-rays from the dental office took about two months. I wouldn’t blame byte on that since the dentist office is the one that took long in sending the medical records.

I'm only 8 weeks in but so far I can tell a serious difference in my lower teeth and a moderate in my top. The whitening foam is very effective.

Everyone I talked to was so helpful with everything. The process of sending impressions to the payment plans and options I had a lot of questions and it was so easy to be able to text and communicate with someone so simply! I’m excited to start and can’t wait for my new straight smile

Initial experience was great- impressions were easy and the first and second mailings of aligners went great. Problem is support- they either use almost exclusively AI or they hire very bad customer support people. I’ve spent hours of my life emailing into black holes of support only to have to resend info and details- just to get my app to show the right information so I can proceed with my treatment. Can’t express how frustrating customer support is. If your treatment goes perfectly and you don’t need support it’s likely going to be a good experience. Otherwise buckle in for a frustrating and disappointing ride.

I started Byte 4 yrs. ago. Beware they take on patients that they should not have. After 4 yrs. I wanted to end treatment because I have two teeth making no progress, they refused. I have been jumping through hoops with them and have hundreds of emails for proof. Now I'm in a spot where I'll need to pay for traditional braces. It's a waste of time and money in my opinion. They also send you free product if you write a "good review" on these sites and send them photos of it. I feel like I've been lied to & deceived. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Rush to send in impression kit?
I bought the impression kit, and on the day it arrived, I received an email from Byte telling me they've already scheduled USPS pickup for the kit the very next day. I responded that I didn't have time to do it that night. It's now the afternoon of 'pickup' day and I still haven't heard from them. Also, their email about pickup had a number of typos. It does not give me a great impression of the company. Edit: I reached out to Byte reviews as they suggested in their comment. All they did was refer me back to my impression specialist, who continues to ignore me and not answer my question about shipping.
