I received my kit and completed it yesterday. It was easy instruction to follow. I mailed it this morning back to you guys.

Nothing was ever resolved. I asked a question about how to help my gums that were hurting and got told to bite on chewie. It's been almost 5 weeks and my app is still not working. Zero customer service can't even read the question basically.

High pressure sales and bad customer service…
High pressure sales even when I stated discomfort at the price and when I asked for more time to think about it I was met with a dismissive answer and more pressure to decide on the spot. I felt that pressure and went ahead and agreed to the purchase, which I now regret because it is a lot of money and I am unhappy with the preview of my bite. Again I tried to express my concern about the bite and received a dismissive answer and asked to go ahead and approve it. Once again was unsatisfied but felt I wasn’t going to get the help or answer I wanted because I only had the one contact at byte to communicate with. I did try to look for somebody else to reach out to, I hit the link on the email that stated if you had concerns about the bite to email that address. Said what I was concerned about in the email. Never got a response. Now my credit score has gone down a LOT. And again, I was on the fence about how to pay this amount and was encouraged to opt for the care credit option even though I could afford to do payments from my own card and wanted to consider that option. I wish I had never signed up for this, and now I have 18 monthly payments for retainers that I don’t even think I want to wear because I don’t even like how they’re going to position my teeth. The front teeth are going to be pushed out a lot more than I have them now. When I expressed this concern, I again got what I felt was a very dismissive response, and was told that they will not actually change your bite, they will straighten your teeth. I understand that if I wear the retainers they may not give me an overbite, but they will be « straightening « my top teeth out in such a way and at an angle where they will be much more ahead of my bottom teeth than they are right now. Which I don’t really want my top teeth to be 4 milliliters forward of my bottom teeth when they are currently in a better position. I’m scared to wear my retainers now and wish I could cancel the whole thing but have given up because they really make it difficult for you to contact anybody else during the process. They give you one person to speak to who really won’t leave you alone when you’re trying to decide whether or not to buy, and nobody else to actually talk to if you are unhappy or have concerns.

The packaging was nice, the directions were simple to follow, and the items used to take the impressions seemed medical grade. The package arrived FAST and returning the impression kit was so easy...I just had to walk to the mailbox. The text messages and reminders were helpful and not annoying. I really hope this program will work for me!

I am so disappointed in this whole company. I think it's been 2 or 3 years since I tried Byte. I was so excited. I had issue after issue. And my teeth are the same, besides some dental work I had done on my 2 front teeth by a dentist. So many of my trays wouldn't even snap onto my teeth, I had to get them redone. It was an awful mess and a complete waste of a whole lot of money. I have a baby too now. All that money sure would be useful to put toward my child. I feel like this company is a scam. I called and sent picture after picture, talked on the phone, talked thru the website with nothing really. All that money and my teeth are the same. I feel better that I got this off my chest.

This is the worst company to deal with & their aligners don't even work! Don't waste your money, you won't be refunded and will get the runaround for everything!
