Really unhappy with the whole customer service experience. They were in such a huge rush to push me into buying these and went so far as telling me several decepitive things. Once they recieved my payment- in full, they are nowhere to be found. They do not respond to calls, texts, or emails. I haven't even recieved my aligners yet but my dentist told me to just chalk them up as garbage because they are cheaply made and won't work anywys. I would give ZERO stars if I could.
Helpful guidance
I have never made bite impression before and I was worried I would screw them up. But byte had both written instructions and video instructions. Easy to follow! When I had a random question I just texted them and they answered the question in minutes. Despite doing this process alone in my home I never felt alone I had help the entire process.
