Totally unacceptable

Using the split it way to pay is absolutely garbage they lock up all your funds right away with a large pending charge them it will show on your credit card as those funds being unavailable. This not only will negatively affect my credit but now holds that credit card hostage for 2 years. So absolutely unacceptable. Then when you try and cancel even after 1 day their “ policy” allows for no refunds. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Smooth and painless!

I haven’t used my items from Byte yet! But I have all the products now, and awaiting the aligners. The process was actually more fun and less exhausting than making an appointment. As I ordered everything and let the byte employee know my needs it was smooth and painless getting my order started. As far as now I would definitely recommend, they provide all the things you need to get your teeth in order. Quality is great! Can’t wait to start wearing the aligners. :)

The communication with this provider is terrible. YOu can only email-no one is available to talk to. They had to review my periodontal and in the meantime they were chargin me for the aligners

Brace yourself!

I heard the process was love at first bite. I'll have to wait and see. I was enameled by how easy the process was to get started. Im telling the tooth, the whole tooth and nothing but the tooth. Next steps are taking my tooth-pics. Maybe after my treatment I'll be a little more flossy *wink wink* and able to retainer. If you don't understand, you have no fillings.

They Charge you prior to approving your plan

Be warned that by charges you before you approve your plan. They charged my credit card before I ever saw my plan then I saw my plan And they stated that is their policy and if you do not approve your plan, then they will offer you a refund. Also, I realized I only had one bottom and aligner for my whole plan. I asked them if that was correct and they said “yes, Due to my bottom teeth being crowded, they would be unable to fix them.” I asked, “Anyone discuss this with me and I have to pay $2500 even though I will not have my bottom teeth fixed.” They stated that they would give me half price or not charge me at all due the fact that they could not fix my bottom but they never told me or offered me any of this until I called them out on it. I highly doubt if I had not asked them or questioned them they would’ve offered me an I highly doubt if I had not asked them or questioned them they would’ve offered me a refund. As of now, a week later, I still have not received a refund of any kind Even though they stated they were going to give me one. I believe that it’s bad business practice to charge anyone’s credit card prior to You approving the plan and I think if they cannot completely fulfill their promise of fixing your teeth, you should be notified right away.
