Affordable with great customer service!
My whole experience with byte has been amazing! I had a representative talk me through the impression process from receiving my kit, doing the impressions at home, and he even kept me updated until they received them at the lab. Shortly after, I had another representative talk me through my treatment plan, answered any questions, and reviewed all the financing options. The whole process was quick and easy to get started and byte gave me great support along the way. I highly recommend byte if you are looking for a more affordable option with great customer service!

So far so good
Step-by-step instructions on what to do so far so good, if u need your hand held through the process they’ve got your back, & that’s a good thing.👍
Look elsewhere
I was going to wait until treatment ended to leave a review, but I keep getting this reminder e-mail. From the second I requested an impression kit, I was inundated with e-mails, texts, and requests for calls. I asked for communication to be kept to e-mail only, and that was not honored. The impressioning process was pretty easy. I can see why they send 2 kits, my first mold was not the greatest. Good planning ahead there. The salespeople were tenacious. I got 3-5 communications a day with different sales, discounts, bundled items, etc. all before I knew if I was a candidate for treatment. After I was accepted, I asked for the latest discount. They said okay, and then I was e-mailed a link for a lesser discount and had to re-request the promised one. I have started treatment (night-only) now, it only took about 2 weeks to receive the first 15 trays of aligners (15 weeks worth). It came bundled with their hyperbyte, whitening gel for the trays, nail file for trimming the trays, extractor, the "chewy" aligner setters, and a case. The trays push horribly on my gums, causing blanching (blood pushed out of gums, causing whiteness). I reached out, and support said this was "normal" without asking for pictures, pain levels, severity, or any other questions at all. I do not think this is professional, and numerous orthodontists online have said this is not safe. The support person did not list their qualifications. I am overall not satisfied, and would strongly recommend a different company. Update/reply after Byte's reply: I understand the support is a licensed professional, but it would be helpful to know if they are a licensed dentist, dental hygienist, attorney, accountant, or otherwise. "Licensed professional" is not reassuring if you do not know what license they possess.
Top Aligner is awful made!
I was excited to received the byte aligners unfortunately the top aligners was awful made half of aligners which it is not full aligners fit in the back of my teeth, just half of aligners and wasn’t feel comfortable to wear it because I can feel edge of aligners touches my tongue very sharply. I wish they can makes another full perfect top aligners that fit in the back in my teeth but they just don’t care about my concerns. I shouldn’t picked this company in first place. 👎🏾

Great fast service however my dentist…
Great fast service however my dentist said that these aligners have no ability to shift teeth they only have the ability to move teeth front to back. I wish I had known that before spending $3,000
Do NOT waste your money with Byte
Do NOT waste your money with Byte. I'm going on 3 years with my treatment plan, and now they're trying to charge me more money for a replacement aligner that is cracking and breaking as they ask me to wear it for nearly 5 months total. This is aside from continuous slow communication (5-6 business day response time per message) and conflicting plan details. And it's a different support person at every interaction or individual email message response. The thing is, I've been religious about following all instructions to not only protect my investment, but also set myself up for the best possible results. I WANT Byte to be successful - and my teeth aren't even that bad - I just wanted to straighten my front teeth a bit! But after 3 years (for what was originally a 16-month prescribed plan), 6 separate impression kits to "restart" my progress, and now Byte stopping the plan for my bottom teeth at Step #14 with no detail or reason when my lower teeth are in NO way complete or in-line with the digital plan THEY provided to me for the final results - they want to charge me $160 to replace this cracking bottom aligner that is at risk of reversing my progress if it isn't replaced. Their own plan knowingly expects me to wear this bottom aligner #14 for upwards of 5 months while I complete the 25 total steps required for my upper teeth. These things are NOT durable enough to last for 3 months of daily wear, let alone 5. Save your money. Save your time. If you're going to cough up the cash for plastic aligners, spend a little bit more to protect your investment. A dollar spent with Byte might at best be a 50/50 chance you get anything for your money. And every dollar was wasted if you don't get results.
Very convenient and much more…
Very convenient and much more affordable than in office visits and treatment. I did I did everything from my phone! I appreciate the no interest installment payment option as well.
