The phones are a great idea to support elderly and those living with dementia. However the instructions to pair the 2nd handsets were very confusing for what was eventually a very simple process. Having now used them we feel the system would be greatly improved if the picture/button of the person could light up on incoming calls so the receiver knows who is calling and is confident to answer. It is also worth noting that while we found it easy and straightforward to use, our relative, who had been used to a different system prior to onset of dementia, found it very hard to adapt to the new system and wanted to dial numbers, so worth considering whether changing phones is actually helpful.

I was impressed with the speed and professional way this company operate the telephone was great but unfortunately not suitsble for the person it was intended and sadly I had to return it and was very surprised at the speed my refund was made
