We needed the phone for an elderly aunt who has severe hearing lost. Having been let down by another company I phoned amplified telephones and they sent the phone to me so I had it the next day. They were excellent on the phone and saved the day. Well done and thank you

Online ordering and VAT exemption form were straightforward, and delivery was quick. Set-up was uncomplicated and the bed-shaker alarm works well. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Telephone was delivered as expected. Until we've had time to really check out all the features and get used to how it works, it's difficult to give a proper review. However, so far it seems to be quite clear, although the interface between sms and whatsapp is rather confusing to explain to my elderly mother.

The phone itself is a great find. The delivery etc all good. I have a an issue with it that necessitates support but can only call between 10-12 and 1-2 which is odd. The sos device that comes with it works great but only over about 4 metres, should be 20 to 30. I have even changed the battery I now have to send it back and they give me a new one. BUT I can't manage the person who needs it in the time between sending back and getting another one to try !!!! So guess I will just have keep it.

We ordered Amplidect telephones which were advertised as very good for those with a hearing loss, and Hearing Aid compatible. The volume was indeed very loud, but the quality of the sound made it impossible to understand speech - neither myself nor my partner (who has no hearing loss) could use the phones. We rang the technical support number offered, but again neither of us could understand what the person who answered was saying, and we had to abandon the call. A refund was given for the phone and one additional handset which we returned, which was gratefully received. Unfortunately, in my anticipation of some new effective telephones, I had disposed of the box for the other two additional handsets, so they could not be returned, though they were unused.

The instrument came on time. It appears to be what we need. But have yet to see any benefit. We need a working 'Relay uk' system. Nobody seems to know how to set it up. HELP !

The alarm clock I bought is very good! Took a while to work out how to get it working for me, but it does wake me up! The noise is useful for waking my partner, the vibration and light is fantastic for me
