Good to know there's a company that delivers what it says. Telephone is brilliant for the hard of hearing and does everything it says. Delivery was quick and set up quite easy

Well packaged fast delivery. Easy instructions. Easy to operate. Large keys. Phone book easy to save names and numbers. Lightweight. Red flashing light when ringing. 10 different ringtones. Volume control. Works well with hearing aid. Answer machine good and easy to operate. Would definitely recommend.

Delivered promptly, and worked as soon as I plugged it in. No time-consuming/fiddly setup procedure.

The return of the VAT (which we didn't know about until we were on the website) was effortless. The phone was really good too - big buttons and loud.

Rubbish service and false advertising the phones are not amplified as advertised and the fast postage is none exsistant took a week to deliver. scam artist stay away

Very,very bad customer service and technical support. If they sent more than one extra handset elderly people must register them self on base which is so difficult. No good.

The service was prompt and the product suite my needs and was worth the money.
