I purchased this phone for my elderly Mother, who has age related hearing issues and has significant eyesight issues. The phone is very easy to use, and the large buttons with black on a white background are pretty easy for her to make out. She also likes the amplify sound button, making it easier for her to hear callers.

Bought this for person with arthritis & hearing difficulties. The phone is substantial & easy to handle. The charging cradle & clock are both welcome for the user. Instructions could have been clearer to support the ability to increase volume & it's not quite as loud as hoped for.

Purchased for elderly aunt who unfortunately became too unwell to use it. However, I can say it was very easy to use, easy to set up and a good size. The display was clear. The seller was happy for me to return it in the circumstances, as it had not been used. They have been helpful and very prompt answering my queries.

Bought for older relative who hates the phone, too complicated crackly noises on line, instructions v difficult to follow. Aimed at older people- but doesnt work!!!

Terrible experience with this company , bought emporia 4 phone for elderly father , under a month old and had problem with charging port, they said nothing to do with them , my father was at fault. safe to say i will not be buying anything from this company again
