Bought these phone for my elderly mother who has severe hearing loss. They work perfectly with her hearing aids - loud and clear with no feedback sound. Uncomplicated and simple to use. She’s very happy with them.

They were very helpful as unfortunately when putting the SIM card into the phone, it slipped and jammed in and I couldn't get it out. The warranty people were helpful and I sent the phone back to them. They then sent another phone back to me and now it is up and running.

Excellent admin and delivery.No complaints about the product. We had to return one 'phone purchased for a 96 year old who found the screen font too small for her personal requirements.
