I just had a great phone conversation with the Taxrise operator! He answered all of my questions with patience , clarity , and was very knowledgeable. I feel more confident moving forward with resolving my tax debt.

This company is a scam, I hired them , after paying them a total of 8,000 dollars to help me with taxes that i had owed the Irs, when it was all over i ended up owing much more taxes that what i started off with, they did absolutely nothing for , except took my hard earned money, which i received nothing in return, be aware.

My case is on going but my case manager Karla Avila is super sweet and informative. She always goes above and beyond to explain everything to me and make sure I understand all my case. If there is a delay from my side, she always reaches out and stays on top of things which gives me peace of mind.
