So far so good my case manager Lauren seemed to be very professional, compassionate and helpful. She put my anxiety at ease, because this is the first time I’ve had an issue with the IRS. I feel more confident that I’m in good hands. Also the customer service guy Albert seemed to be understanding and helpful in understanding why I was calling. I give Tax Rise a 5-Star review.
