My installment agreement is higher than I was quoted. This company makes promises that they cannot keep..somehow my tax liability went up by 2000.00 and I've been trying to reach them to find out why. I thought the negotiation would have been better than what I received. A bit disappointed that I paid 1800.00 for something that basically I could probably negotiated my self with some research.

Arthur was extremely helpful in getting me logged into the client portal.

I'm so pleased with the progress that TaxRise has made for me with my mess of tax debt. The process took quite awhile but I honestly don't know how long it's all supposed to take and now I'm pleased with the results so worth the time for sure 😊

So far I am satisfied with Tax Rise and Jana Stoner, my case is ongoing, but Jana has been very patient with me trying to get all of this figured out.

All my questions were answered and the staff was great in every way. I’m very happy.
