They where helpful with the first year , yet as soon as that got settled I kept getting quality dept calls asking to confirm closure of cases. The IRS had only cleared 1 year. Finally after several months they retook case only to settle in payment of debt. I could have done that for second year

I paid $2,000+ for their service. After three years, they came back with no break from my tax debt which is $19k. Prior to hiring the company, I was on a payment plan with the IRS at $200/mo. Now, with no break after Taxrise "helped", my payment plan is $265/mo. Literally, they did absolutely NOTHING! So, me and my family are out the $2000 plus the taxes.

Tax Rise is a scam. They took $375.00 out if my account and I never received any services. Please stay away!!!
